About Me

I’m Sam, a certified Sports Therapist and lifelong athlete, passionate about helping people recover and move better. I hold a First Class Honours Degree in Sports Rehabilitation from Liverpool Hope University.

Over the years, I’ve worked with many individuals, from those seeking pain-free movement to high-level athletes competing on major stages, including the UFC and professional Basketball teams. This mix of experience has taught me that recovery is never one-size-fits-all, and it’s about finding what works for you.

My journey in sport has shaped my career and my approach to rehabilitation. I understand first hand the physical demands athletes face and the setbacks that come with injuries.

That's why I keep my practice evidence-based and my philosophy simple: recovery plans should be clear, realistic, and effective. You’ll never leave with just a list of exercises. I’ll ensure you understand why we’re taking each step and how it helps you get back to doing what you love.

I’m here to answer any questions you may have! If you’d like to get in touch, use the button below!

What You’ll Get From Me

  • We’ll start with a friendly chat about your injury, training, lifestyle, and goals. I’ll then carry out a thorough assessment to understand what’s causing the issue and how best to support your recovery.

  • Every session is built around your needs. This may include sports massage, manual therapy, mobility work, or exercise-based rehab — all chosen to help you move better, reduce pain, prevent injuries in the long run.

  • If multiple sessions are needed, you’ll leave with a clear plan that makes sense in real life — achievable steps you can follow without jargon or overcomplication.

  • Recovery doesn’t stop when you leave the session. I’ll help you track progress, adapt your plan as needed, and give you strategies to prevent future injuries.
